There’s so much fresh cheese in the neighborhood. It’s like everywhere I turn I see cheese. And I do love cheese. Fresh pearl size mozzarella (although they’re are much bigger than pearls) and cherry tomatoes make for a different kind of bite sized caprese. I have to say though it takes a bit more basil and olive oil to marinate than regular sized caprese. 

If I weren’t exercising much more than I usually am, I think would definitely die with the amount of saturated fat I’m ingesting. Caramelized onions on melted cheddar cheese make this steak sandwich ultra yummy. Hey, at least the bread is whole multigrain.
